Me, you, and a handful of like-hearted souls spending an entire day lounging in a luxury day spa, sipping herbal teas in our soft fluffy spa robes, journaling, setting intentions, and creating. We'd spend time floating together in one of the heated therapy pools, not a care in the world.
At some point during this leisurely day, there would be an private group session led by yours truly to intuitively tune into your personal energy theme for 2025 (while in our spa robes!), a group mind-body-spirit embodiment session, and a delicious lunch we'll share together. With plenty of room in between to breathe, journal, curl up with your favorite book, or even take a nap in a quiet nook.
And, of course, you'll have an opportunity to select the spa ritual of your choice and have one of the spa's skilled therapists the massage the stress out of your body, elevate your skin care with a facial, or gently scrub the dry winter skin away from your body and send you home glowing from the inside out. (Or maybe all three...?)

This is a curated full-day experience created especially for energy-sensitive souls. You'll have a couple of group sessions, and plenty of free time to yourself to rest, journal, and pamper yourself by taking advantage of the spa's treatments and experiences.

Q: Where will this be held?
A: We'll be at a fabulous day spa in Columbia, Maryland (Baltimore metro area). Location details will be provided upon registration.
Q: What time is the event?
A: Arrival and check in is at 9 a.m. and our first session starts at 9:30 a.m. Our experience concludes at 6 p.m. A detailed schedule will be provided closer to the event.
Q: What kind of meal will be served?
A: We'll enjoy a delicious catered private lunch prepared just for us! You can let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions on your registration form.
Q: What's the attire and what do I need to bring?
A: Come as you are, and you'll be provided with a spa robe and slippers to use for the day. Be sure to bring a swimsuit for the Healing Waters experience. Robes are available in sizes up to 4XL. All bodies of all shapes and sizes are welcome and celebrated!
Q: Can men come?
A: Absolutely! All genders are welcome to register and attend our Self-Love Spa Day.
Q: Can I bring my child?
A: No.
Q: Is there a payment plan?
A: Yes! We have two options:
You can either lock-in your spot with our two-payment plan (half now, half in 14 days) until December 7; or
If you have a Paypal account, during checkout select their "Pay in 4" payment plan with four payments -- one payment every two weeks.
